キャンセルポリシー
ご予約のキャンセルにつきましては、以下の通りキャンセル料を申し受けます。

| 宿泊日の2日前 | 宿泊料金の25％ |
| 宿泊日の前日 | 宿泊料金の50％ |
| 宿泊日当日・無断キャンセル | 宿泊料金の100％ |
※ 宿泊日とは、チェックイン日を指します。
※ 予約サイト経由のご予約は、各予約サイトのキャンセルポリシーが適用される場合があります。
※ 天候や交通機関の影響など、やむを得ない事情がある場合はご相談ください。
※当宿は静かな住宅地にあります。近隣へのご配慮をお願いしております。
大きな騒音などにより近隣からのご指摘が続いた場合、やむを得ずご利用途中でご退室をお願いする場合がございます。

Cancellation Policy（English）
In the event of a reservation cancellation, the following cancellation fees will apply

| Up to 3 days before the check-in date | Free |
| 2 days before the check-in date | 25% of the accommodation fee |
| 1 day before the check-in date | 50% of the accommodation fee |
| On the check-in date or no-show | 100% of the accommodation fee |
Notes:
- The “check-in date” refers to the first day of your stay.
- For reservations made through booking platforms (such as Airbnb or Jalan), the cancellation policy of each platform may apply.
- In case of unavoidable circumstances such as severe weather or transportation disruptions, please contact us for consultation.
Important Notice:
If repeated complaints regarding noise or disturbances are received, we may ask guests to leave during their stay.
Our guesthouse is located in a quiet residential area. We kindly ask all guests to be considerate of our neighbors.
